3d printed ailerons and flaperons to use with Nick Rehm's v35 vtol project (https://hackaday.io/project/180603-rc-vtol-f-35-parkjet). I found them to hold up better than the glue/tape based hinges. I think the extra weight is worth it. Thanks to Nick for this great VTOL design! Includes hinges on both sides. I recessed the hinges into the foam by cutting a small area out and hot-gluing them in. Very stable. It's easiest to mount the hinges on the parts before installing.
