F16 Altimeter 3D model
cgtrader
The altimeter, a critical instrument that accurately gauges the height of an aircraft above a designated level, is nestled firmly in the cockpit's central console. This meticulously crafted model has been replicated in Blender 2.79 with exceptional fidelity to its real-life counterpart, though some minute details - like mounting screws - were omitted to streamline the final design and prevent excessive geometrical complexity. Adding these components is easily facilitated by simply editing the model or requesting assistance from me. The model boasts an impressive vertex count of 57,709 units, along with a corresponding poly count of 56,675 units, rendering it richly detailed and realistic. Notably, all dials and indicator hands are deftly animated, streamlining animation tasks. It's worth noting that textures have been embedded directly within the .blend file but can also be accessed separately in a .zip file housed in the Texture folder. This archive contains a selection of high-resolution textures for the altimeter casing in both pristine and soiled conditions.
