I've just adjusted the tray size for a friend's request, but I haven't printed anything yet. Along with this message, I'm attaching the original SketchUp file with square corners to make resizing even simpler. If you'd like to resize it and round off the base corners to 6mm, simply use the RoundCorners Plugin in SketchUp. To export the design as an STL file, just fire up the STL Import & Export plugin.
