A shop doing some work on my truck broke the charge pipe nipple doing some maintenance (valve cover swap) on my 2012 F150 ecoboost. Come to find out that this is not a maintenance part, and the entire charge pipe must be replaced in order to rectify this. This is an exact replacement that can be epoxied in place of the old nipple. I chose to create it in PETG, obviously due to the underhood temps that it will surely see. I also used some clear lacquer (nail polish) in order to ensure a smooth finish and thus a tight seal where the o-ring contacts the nipple.
