F1 Steering Wheel Arduino Pro Micro Simhub
cults3d
A self made design for a 290mm rim. Designed to use one Arduino Pro Micro and Simhub, so no need to write the code on your own. I left one pin (A3) open for your own hand clutch. This rim has 3 encoders, 2 3way toggles on the front , 4 3way toggles for your index finger and thumb to operate, space for 3 sets of paddles, one "d-pad" and space for 12 more buttons. The button used are generic 7mm ones for the dpad and 12mm ones for the rest. I'll include my own design of paddle shifters. It uses generic momentary tactile push switches instead of micro switches. The bolt pattern is 60mm, but it should be easy enough to create your own for 70mm adapters. Included in the purchase: 3D files for the frontplate/backplate, grips, button covers and paddle shifters (not clutch). Building instructions: Backplate is mounted with with 9 M4x6 or 8mm screwed directly into the frontplate/base. Paddles are mounted with 3mm into inserts on the backplate. Top half of the grips have holes for M4 inserts (7mm dia).
