The individual's face was a complete blank. They had no expression, no hint of emotion on their features. Their eyes were dark and empty, like two voids staring back at me. I couldn't read anything into them. It was as if they were a completely different species from the rest of humanity. They didn't seem to be listening to me, or even acknowledging my presence.
