STILL WORK IN PROGRESS \nNew version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:717948\nI've changed the old G25 and now the wheel is Open Sim Wheel compatible.25/02/2017 I added a new body, quick release, and paddlebase to make the wheel work with the Thrustmaster base.\nNOT PRINTED OR TESTED YET,the files are thrustf1base,thrustf1paddlebase, and thrustf1quick\nThe base thickness is increased due to the OSW higher torque (2.5 mm on the 2015 version vs 5 mm on this).I have tested the wheel and it feels quite rigid now.\nThe quick release is a remix from one made by RacingMat.\nYou need one of these https://www.decathlon.es/abrazadera-sillin-349-mm-id_3640502.html to attach to the OSW motor shaft.\nThe part gamuza2016.stl is made with filaflex.You will need 4 (2 of them mirrored) and glue them to the wheel.I've used Loctite.\nFor the shifter paddles print 2 manetacambio_b.stl or 2 manetacambio_corta.stl (this one is 15mm shorter, if you prefer it).One of them needs to be mirrored.\nPrint also 2 manetacambio_a.stl,one of them mirrored too,and 1 basecambio.stl.\nThe quick release is ready to install 2 more paddles for the clutch in the lower position.I don't use them,but if you want,you can go ahead.The parts are the same as above.\nThe printer settings are almost the same as with the old wheel.\nThe body,cover,and paddles are printed with e3d volcano 1mm nozzle with 0.5 layer height and 2 perimeters.\nFor the piña23mm.stl use 100% infill and 0.2 layer height with 2 perimeters.\nFor the gamuza2016.stl,use 0.1mm layer height and 2 perimeters.\nYou may need to increase the perimeters if you have a narrow nozzle.31/07/2016 I added STEPS.7z Files on .stp format on request11/07/2017 I added pegatas.7z buttons stickers on request\nLIST OF MATERIALS is Coming soon\nThe buttons and encoders are almost the same as on the 2015 version.\nThe buttons shown in the pictures are http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=98_74&products_id=190,but these ones are a little hard to push,you can use the old ones if you like.
