We created a custom tube holder to fit various sizes of tubes, including 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes, smaller PCR tubes, and larger 15 mL tubes. Our primary intention was to create a holder specifically tailored for our DNA extraction protocol. We anticipate that we will need to modify this design as we transition to electrophoresis gel runs and other procedures. Printing Settings: Printer Manufacturer: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker Original Rafts: No Support Needed Supports: Not Required Resolution: Lower Settings Work Best Infill Density: 10-100% Suitable Notes: A higher infill density of 100% may provide the most effective results.
