Locals affectionately call it El Tornillo (the screw), making it one of the city's most iconic buildings. With a total height of 242.9 meters (approximately 800 feet), this impressive structure was completed in 2011 and earned recognition among Emporis' top 10 skyscrapers, as listed on Wikipedia.
