I had problems with overheating engines and lost steps. The solution was surprisingly simple, I added two fans - one directly screwed to the power supplies on the case and another on the frames for cooling motherboards. It's astonishing that the previously scorching hot engines and entire electronics now barely warm up during long prints. Everything works seamlessly, the motherboard no longer overheats and runs stably, while stepper motors also regain their lost steps.
