EZT T1 Delta Effector for e3D V6 with Part Cooler !Supportfreeprint!

I Build in the V3 and it works Great for me. I use the DRV8825 without a board cooler at Vref 0.7V (Resistor 0.05Ohm)\r\nThe Repetier Firmware comes with configuration for Reprap Discount Smart Controller and the Eeprom files my finished config. This can be added over Repetier Host.\r\nIf i become the firmware I upload the Marlin for a MKS Sbase 1.3 Board.\r\n\r\nUPDATE:\r\nV4:\r\n- Major Changes for better Airflow and print\r\n- Mount it with the 2mm washer at the carrierconnection (not at the effector) of the arms to bring they a little bit closer.\r\n- Partcooler Ring moved a little bit to bottom again\r\n- XY Resize for printing is 105% in my configuration with this effector\r\n\r\nNow is the V3 online. Changed:\r\n- Part cooler ring is moved 2mm to bottom.\r\n- Supportfree design of the part cooler ring (effector can be print without support)\r\n- Center distance of the arm bearing is now 48mm (old one is 52mm) and i hope that the \r\n effector moves more horizontal for better print. The 48mm distance was the arm distance \r\n of the carrier. For correct xy-dimensions I expand the parts in S3D because I can not \r\n change the firmware.\r\n\r\nChanged part/parameter and mount for V3:\r\n- for the xy-dimensions I scale the object to 105% (do not change the 100% z-dimension)\r\n- I changed the arm bearing screws to M4x25 and use two (3.5mm with 0.5mm thickness) \r\n washers at the effector side for the best arm center distance\r\n\r\n\r\nIf anyone has the original firmware and a way to upload it please send me a message and I will upload it here.\r\n\r\nThis effector is a replacement for the original one.\r\nIt is designed to use all original Parts without the hotend.\r\n\r\nI use the newer design of e3D V6 Clone with full Metal heatbreak and the cuted heatblock for better heater fit.\r\n\r\nThe heatblock has to be saved with capton tape but the part cooler fits strong for a small design. I printed it with PETG on the Delta without partcooler and small support for the part cooler ring.\r\n\r\nThe part cooler is already activated in the original firmware, look for the plus and minus connector in the plug but it is changed across from the e3D Fan.\r\n\r\nFor the hotend I use the original cooler of the EZT.\r\nFor the part cooler I use one of the e3D Clone Fans (this one has a lower flow)\r\n\r\nAssembling is very easy. Build out the original hotend, I cut the cable near the effector (on the picture you can see the test system without the final cable connector) ATTENTION you cannot solder the heater cable, I press it with an end sleeve to the other one), unscrew the effector.\r\nScrew the new effector to the arms with the same screw setup and screws in the printed bores, use M3 or the original screws for the fans, pull the e3D V6 from the bottom into the center of the effector\r\n\r\nDid you have problems with the EZT Delta because the printer lost steps at high speed than bore the holes at the three arm carrier bigger? My printer lost steps at the first longer prints because the wheels at the carrier are too close and the stepper heats up. I bored the holes for the wheel screws on the side with the two wheels 2mm bigger and all was nice.\r\n\r\n"Next problem, at my first test I can control part cooler, after some prints they always move on full speed. It works good for Prints but not perfect. I want to buy an Anet A8 Board and test it with Repetier because I think it has enough power and is a easier way to change the firmware as build in the complete ramps 1.4 or ramps-fd."\r\n\r\nI am testing some ways to read out the firmware and found no way. It is too much time for me to find a way to bring it to USB talking. Next thing is the option for the Controller Chip STM32 Family to set a lock bit to prevent the firmware before download. It is a very small chance that they do not set it.\r\nI want to build in my Ramps 1.4 Electronics for test
