Ezra Bridger's Lightsaber

Ezra Bridger's Lightsaber

thingiverse

My kids and I are huge Star Wars Rebels fans. We were blown away not to find this particular lightsaber on Thingiverse, so we decided to create our own rendition of Ezra Bridger's iconic blade. This project is a massive undertaking with at least 25 components (dependent on configuration) measuring approximately 9.25" x 5.5". The removable silver clip in the front was added per my son's request, which fastens securely using two 8mm magnets located in the bridge at the bottom. If you choose to forgo the magnets and permanently attach the clip, I've also included a peg to print. The tolerances between the parts are very tight, so they fit together snugly. Print settings include: Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Rafts: Doesn't matter Supports: Doesn't matter Notes: For components like the emitter and hilt grip, both assembled and individual pieces are provided. Supports are necessary if you're printing the assembled versions. A few parts will require supports, but they're mainly needed for interior faces and don't obstruct exterior surfaces.
