I used K0ECW's Thingiverse design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3926316) and it functions flawlessly. I previously encountered a problem with another design that consistently hit the sides, so I decided to remix this one in Tinkercad by adjusting the angle to ensure the extruder wires and chain align perfectly with the top of the EZR extruder.
