EZR Struder Ender 3 IR Filament Sensor Test

This is a work in progress, so if you're interested in printing and trying it out, please leave some feedback in the comments section - that would be great. I was searching for a dual sensor to detect filament run out and jams, and I wanted it to be as small and close to the extruder as possible. So, I opted for the popular Blasini End Stop IR Sensor (red). The other components used are: 4 x 3x1mm Neodymium Magnets For the hinge, I simply used some 1.75 filament with a dab of Superglue on both ends. Keep in mind that depending on how accurate your printer setup is, you might need to file some areas to get it to fit perfectly. I initially purchased the Original EZR kit, which included top, lever, spring, and fittings, but I found the STL files on SeeMeCNC's Github Page. https://github.com/seemecnc/EZStruder/tree/master/CAD_FILES/STL I'm still experimenting with different designs, including using microswitches and sprung load tensioning for the lid. Once tested, I'll upload these new designs. This design might work with other Creality Printers, as well as possibly others, but it hasn't been thoroughly tested yet. Feel free to print, try it out, and share your experience!
