EZR Compatible filament guide and cable holder for Ender 3 Pro

<p>This is a remix of <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770487">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770487</a>: a combination cable guide/filament guide for the Ender 3 Pro, compatible with the EZR Studer by SeeMeCNC.
