EZOut V2 Extrusion Mount for Ender 3/3 Pro
thingiverse
I required a more effective method to install my TH3D EZOut V2 filament sensor because the alternatives I found on the website failed to function properly for me and my setup. To create it, I utilized Fusion 360 and extracted components from two other Thingiverse creations (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3886895 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3023481). I designed it so that the wires face the rear of the printer and the sensor's green light is oriented outward. Additionally, I designed it to work in conjunction with the Ender 3 Filament Roller Guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488). For my purposes, printing with a 30% infill worked perfectly well and produced an extremely sturdy result. It should already be positioned correctly for printing, with the arm extended above the print bed. This is the only component that requires supports (touching the build plate is recommended). The endcap might be slightly too large and may need to be tapped in using a hammer, but I deliberately designed it this way to ensure it wouldn't be too loose and fall out. Furthermore, the center and upper part of the extrusion mount end may require minimal cleaning up as there are no supports present. Required components: * Two M3x16 screws
