Ender 5 Adapted remixes of ezabl wings provide a perfect fit for stock fans and dual 5015 duct options. The original design is intended for Ender 3/CR series X Carriages, but it lacks a cut-out for the Ender 5 carriage belt, which these remixes conveniently provide. Furthermore, they reinforce the cuts with small pieces to prevent the wing from breaking easily. I was testing a double 5015 ezabl wing, which worked great when printed on my Ender 5. However, if you plan to print ABS on your machine, it's essential to use at least PETG due to the high heat from the bed. This is because PLA cannot handle the heat generated by an Ender 5 for ABS printing. Update: 8/2/2019 If you're using these designs with my reinforced lightweight ducts, be aware that I'm currently testing a revised version of this design with the EZABL moved further out. This applies to the Ender 5 mounting only, as the single fan version still works fine. Unfortunately, I broke my single duct print while trying to fit the new wing and duct on. If you encounter any issues, please let me know via message or comments. New Offsets: -54.5 X and -12 Y The new designs are labeled version 2. I've also included Fusion 360 files for those who want to tinker with them. If you take a closer look, you'll notice I'm a fan of using fillets to smooth out lines and provide support to overhangs without relying on extensive support structures from your slicer.
