I wanted to upgrade my Creality stock print head with just the EZABL, keeping things extremely simple and user-friendly. This approach works fantastically since you don't need to worry about the nuts on the sensor to get the perfect level. Simply place the nozzle touching the build plate, then position a 1mm disc underneath the sensor. Next, push the sensor down onto the disc, and finally tighten the 3m screw to secure the sensor in place. I designed this mount to be rigid, adding a few reinforcements for extra stability. I didn't take an extremely accurate measurement of the sensor offset, but I'm running mine at -44 x and -3 on Y, and so far it's been working perfectly.
