EZABL 18mm probe mount

May be outdated now, use at your own risk.Haven't tested this yet as I dont own a 18mm probe (someone I know needed it so I made it for them), but it should fit perfectly according to the cad files. The hole is 19mm wide (1mm more than the thickness of the probe).
