EZ-Robot Simple Sonar Mount
thingiverse
This is a basic sonar mount designed for EZ-Robot systems. In the example images provided, it was created with the intention of attaching it to a robot's arm above the gripper mechanism. The mount features a male ez-bit attachment point that allows users to connect various parts from the official EZ-Robot website at http://www.ez-robot.com. Multiple versions are included in this package, catering to different sensor orientations: forward-facing sensors are mounted with the sensor facing forward on the ez-bit, while reversed sensors have the sensor positioned at the back of the attachment point. Additionally, flat variants can be adhered directly onto the robot using glue instead of relying on the ez-bit connection. The sonar mount is secured in place using a small bolt and nut combination, which users will need to supply themselves or substitute with a dab of hot glue for a more temporary solution.
