EZ Load Prusa Buffer Plate
thingiverse
I modified the OEM Prusa file to include slots that allow the plate to rotate once a pin is removed, leaving locknuts off, which significantly simplifies loading filament. Update: The latest version extends the ribs, enabling the plates to automatically align when closing. This is technically a remix of the original design, as I began with STLs from the Prusa website (https://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/). I printed the modified plate in PETG using a 0.15mm layer thickness without any supports.
