Print two of these for a pair. Currently designed around 31mm ID for the mast. On the GigaDude 25 (shop.hamradiodude.com), this will be the second section of five. In order to print other sizes, just scale the current one. For example: The Gigadude 25's top section is 22mm: 22/31 = .709 Just scale it down in your slicer. I used PETG at 60 and 80 percent infill and haven't had an issue. Print Flat, no supports needed. https://youtu.be/4otNMKPvnnU
