Use original lever and part with steel ball inside from Prusa. Those are only 2 parts not included in files list.</p><p>1) "x_carriage" zip tied to top linear bearings like normal<br>2) "extruder_body" bolted to "x_carriage" with (2) 30mm bolts in different location<br>3) "motor_plate" attached to motor with (2) 10mm bolts<br>4) motor+"motor_plate" attached to "extruder_body" left side with a 40mm bolt<br>5) "extruder_idler" is slotted with 40mm bolt. add 40mm bolt with tension spring as normal<br>6) attach PETG "fan_shroud" and "fan_support" to "extruder_cover", attach print fan<br>7) add "fan_duct" with (2) 10mm bolts to "extruder_body"<br>8) attach "extruder fan" to "fan_duct" with (2) 20mm bolts<br>9) attach probe and "fs_cover" to top of extruder<br>10) place hotend in "extruder_body" and attach "extruder_cover" with (2) 30mm bolts<br>11) attach "x_carriage_back" to "x_carriage" with (3) 10mm bolts<br>12) place cables in PETG "cable_holder" and attach to "x_carriage_back" with (2) 10mm bolts<br>13) zip tie cables as normal</p><p>Changes made to each part:</p><p>"extruder_body" bolt placement changed and has been extended by 12mm in order to have easy access to the hotend by removing just 2 bolts from new "extruder_cover"</p><p>"extruder_motor_plate" has be cut down for hotend easy access feature. The part cut away has been added to "extruder_cover" to hold the top of the heatsink.</p><p>"extruder_idler" (optional use) changed from hex to square nut and uses a 2cm bolt (add grease) and square nut instead of the metal rod.</p><p>"extruder_cover" uses 2 bolts for "fan_shourd", 2 bolts to attach to "extruder_body" and pushes against the top of heatsink and motor plate to tighten everything. No longer attached to extruder fan.</p><p>"x_carriage" cut down and bolts in different places, square nuts instead of hex.</p><p>"x carriage_back" does not required cables to be fed through a hole but instead clipped on with the new "cable_holder" with (2) 10mm bolts.</p><p>"cable_holder" print in PETG. can be attached after all other parts.</p><p>"fs_cover" easier to slot in filament with bigger hole and arrow is bigger.</p><p>"z_axis_top" and "z_axis_bottom" extended 12mm for lost z height, no new rods needed.</p><p>"fan_duct" new print that moves 40mm extruder fan outward at an angle, also hits a limit switch for MK2 and MK2.5 printers.</p><p>"print_fan_support_5015" remade to hold entire fan at 30 degree angle.</p><p>"fan_shroud_5015" or 5020 version, 2 flat spouts pointed directly below the nozzle, angled so air is pushed backwards when flows collide. attached with a bolt on each side.</p><p>"spool_holder" use 30mm bolts, go though z top parts, frame, then in this part. self threading. original spool holder collides with this extruder.</p><p>"hex_key_drill_adaptor" use drill or screwdriver</p><p>edit:&nbsp;</p><p>[10. 11. 2021] parts revised (R2). Motor plate is now separately secured to extruder_body with two 10mm bolts and nuts. extruder cover is changed to match.</p>
