Eyoyo Camera Fins

Eyoyo Camera Fins

I purchased the Eyoyo Fins underwater camera and put it through testing. Unfortunately, it proved to be unstable when submerged in water, with water currents causing significant issues. However, I have designed two improved versions of the camera housing that address these concerns. Both designs add weight, legs for stability, and a fin that utilizes the water current to our advantage. The primary design directs the camera view towards the bait attached to it, which is a crucial feature in underwater filming. This streamlined approach minimizes material usage while effectively guiding the camera's focus on the bait. For situations where attaching bait is not necessary, I have also developed an alternative version of the camera housing. This option sacrifices some features but still provides a stable and functional underwater platform for filming. Two AA batteries serve as weights in both designs and can be easily replaced with any cylindrical weight for added flexibility. The printing process is straightforward, requiring no raft or support structure.
