A unique design concept is presented - my own idea - for an »eyeglasses stand« that accommodates three pairs of eyeglasses. This versatile stand can be positioned vertically (e.g., on a table) or horizontally (e.g., on a wall with additional fastening elements). The stand is crafted from wooden rods in different diameters and a disc, such as copper or brass, to ensure a low center of gravity in the vertical position. For added security in a horizontal setup, you can include a bolt and two O-rings on the wall rod. I constructed a prototype of this design to end daily searches for my eyeglasses. You can easily build your own version with minimal expenses, using acrylic glass rods for a distinctive look if desired.
