Eyeglasses Nose Pads
thingiverse
I made these replacements for a pair of Zenni Sunglasses after my wife broke one of the pads. They use a tiny screw to hold them in place, or you can use a tiny piece of wirewrap wire as a temporary fix that works surprisingly well in an emergency. I used a raft without any supports since the up curve layers are tolerable for my printer (AnyCubic i3 Mega) and it printed perfectly on the Ultrabase glass surface in PLA 200/50 degrees. I carefully pried them off the raft and gently sanded the rounded top, cleaned out the screw holes with a fine pair of tweezers, and they installed very nicely. My wife is happy now! Maybe she'll buy me another roll of clear filament as a thank you... that would be awesome.
