I crafted these frames to replace some outdated ones that were beyond repair, allowing me to salvage the lenses and give them new life. Printed with Makergeeks Raptor PLA, they then underwent a process of annealing and molding in boiling water to boost their strength and impart the perfect curvature needed to fit the lenses snugly. Unfortunately, I'm unsure if there's a specific model number or style of lens this design is intended for, so please bear with me on that detail. I assembled the hinges using self-tapping M2.5 screws. It's worth noting that the hinge can be somewhat brittle, but after wearing the frames for about four months without incident, I'm optimistic about their durability.
