I created some 3D printable eyes a little while ago. They're pretty basic, and they could probably use some more work, but I'm providing them as-is for now. Print them out in clear resin only (supports should be on the front), then reverse paint them. I think I did Veins>White>Iris>Black, but it was a while back. Sand off the supports and give the front a nice coat of gloss lacquer.
