Eye Tyrant Button
thingiverse
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One of my earliest ideas on button design, it turned out exactly how I envisioned it. A particularly skilled person might be able to route the thread along the eyestalks without having to cross over, making it a truly unique look. I included the original version that comes with big, nasty, pointy teeth but was unable to get them to show up right on test prints. I recommend printing around 0.08 to maintain details, especially when getting to smaller diameter buttons. It's also essential to print with about 30% infill or three walls to keep it structurally sound if you plan on using it for actual clothing. If it won't see much use, you can certainly get by with less infill and fewer walls. I thoroughly enjoy creating these unique buttons so if anyone has any requests please feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can make!
