Eye In Stein - A 3d printed desktop pun

thingiverse

Eye in Stein - a laugh-out-loud 3D printed masterpiece. With this quirky trinket, you can achieve two amazing goals: Draw inspiration from the great thinkers of our time. Chase away co-workers, friends, and family members with a hilariously bad 3D printed pun that will leave them speechless. Slicer Note: Slic3r failed to deliver for me on this project. I had much better results using ffslicer instead. Disclaimer: Please do not use this vessel to hold food or drinks - it's not designed for that purpose! Print Settings: Printer: PowerSpec Ultra 3D Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 20% Post-Printing: I used white paint on the eye ball and a black sharpie on the pupil to bring out its unique features. Adding little red veins with a thin sharpie is also an option if you want to add some extra realism.
