Eye glasses nose pad replancements

My girlfriend's father had an old pair of glasses with missing nose pads, I decided to take on the challenge of building new ones from scratch as a way to hone my skills. Building them was a blast! They turned out perfectly, moving smoothly and exactly where they're supposed to. Lightly sanding the part that touches your nose is essential, especially at fine grit. If you can't find screws, thin copper wire works surprisingly well to hold the pads in place.
