THIS FRAME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR RESIN PRINTERS (SLA/DLP/LCD) BECAUSE IT REQUIRES A SPECIFIC WIDTH OF 147MM. This model A1 has a width of 147mm and it's the first functional eye glasses/sunglasses that I have uploaded. You will probably need to scale it in order for it to match your face shape. It is not a problem if you scale it down, but make sure that the width does not go below 135mm or the hinges won't work properly. You can scale this design in X, Y, and Z directions independently, but be aware that scaling too much in different directions might cause problems when mounting the glasses. This design is modern with a slightly more feminine touch than masculine, but the glass shape is quite traditional. It's a combination that usually fits several face shapes. Just remember to test different scale factors for a perfect fit. This frame is an all-in-one printed unit, meaning you don't need to assemble it from separate parts. After printing and removing support material, you can sand or paint it and install the glasses. To get your prescription lenses, take this frame to an optician (eye shop) and they will make the correct diopter for you. If you want sunglasses instead, that's also possible. In Germany, prices start at 39 Euros online or 69 Euros as sunglasses. You can download all other "A" model designs, which have the same glass shape and size. This means you can print multiple frames and swap out the lenses later to change up your look. Just remember to use the same scale factor for each design. To exchange lenses, simply press from the backside to the front-side and they will detach from the frame. To assemble them, do it in reverse order. Be aware that repeated detachment might cause damage to the frame, but this only happens with poor-quality prints (porous). Heated frames are easier to work with, but not necessary.
