Force 8 filter should lock in by hand easily if correct. be careful with the crush of the foam pad on the force8 filter. Must be sufficient to seal. Posted as part of #Bettermasks campaign to share design solutions. O-ring seal groove for a 1.5mm cross section 40mm ID 43mm OD o-ring. Required to seal against the Eye Cu smile V2 filter body. Use with or without antimicrobial filter mesh, HEPA filters are sufficient if leak check using click to check is passed. If you wish to use antimicrobial filter mesh then print a spacer ring and do not add a surgical mask cutout layer.
