Extrusion Storage Drawer for Voron Switchwire

Utilizes empty space in 60x30 extrusions of Voron Switchwire frame to store printer accessories. Modeled to fit into LDO provided extrusions. Both front and back caps can be replaced by drawers.Two lengths included 150 and 200mm.Unlike the original caps, these are printed with the outer side on the bed, which makes the appearance consistent with enclosure parts (clips, hinges), which have the same surface, typically with powder coated surface texture.For a good friction fit adjustment, a slight scaling in X and Y dimensions may be needed depending on print settings. Personally, I also experimented and had success with artificially creating “zits” on the surface by setting seam position to random and lowering seam gap. These “zits” get shaved off by the extrusion when inserting the drawer and the remaining ones create a good fit.Example in photos are printed in ABS with 0.4mm nozzle size and 0.2mm layer height. No supports needed.
