Extrusion Multiplier and Filament Temperature Test

This is for PLA optimization only: I operate 15 printers, ninety percent of which are LK4 models, identical to Alfawise U30s. After hundreds of hours of printing, I discovered that 0.9 extrusion yields better results. Print the visual cube and test your extrusion rate. If your extrusion rate is acceptable, the cube's corners should be flawless. We found that different filaments possess distinct properties; therefore, your slicer must be configured to accommodate the correct filament type in order to achieve good prints. Study the following and obtain our pre-configured gcodes to adjust the value of extrusion and temperature for your specific filament: Extrusion Multiplier/Flow Control (slice the cube with 0.2mm layer height) https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/extrusion-multiplier-calibration_2257 Temperature Tower https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2615842 Note: This gcode is already configured to adjust temperature during printing; therefore, you do not need to make any modifications. Monitor the overhang bridge quality and the tip detail closely. Even if the lower-temperature bridges appear satisfactory, it is still recommended that you opt for the higher-temperature ones, as temperature also affects bed sickness, particularly on the first layer. Choose the one that is five degrees hotter.
