I'm Enlarging the Fan Mount to Fit M3 Bracket Screws and Printing Settings: Enlarged Fan Mount to Bracket Mounting Holes to M3 Print Settings: Printer: Delta Kossel big/XL Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4 Infill: 25% Notes: Bracket fits beneath rear of DueWtWifi pcb, using long M3 or M4 screws. 40mm Fan mount fits beneath this bracket so that fan equally covers top and bottom of pcb. First attach fan mount to bracket using M3 screws and self-locking nuts. See attached photos. My DuetWtWifi pcb is mounted to the Delta lower 2020 horizontal extrusions using printed brackets and front panel kindly provided by T3P3. How I Designed This: Sliced with Slice3r Sliced original base twice in Slice3r to give pcb bracket. No changes to fan mount from original. Top View - Closeup Underneath View Top View - DuetWifi Board
