Extrusion End Cap

Extrusion End Cap

I designed an extended End Cap for the K8200 frame because most available options don't provide a solution to route control cables within the frame. The standard end caps have three open and one closed end when you reach a corner, making it difficult to manage wiring. By extending the end cap, I was able to move the 90-degree joining frame part out by 12mm, allowing for easier cable management. To further facilitate wiring, I added cutting slots on all four sides of the extended end cap. These slots enable users to create a channel where they can run wires as needed. I also created an alternative design that combines both the end cap and the switch holder, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1913391. This new design provides a more comprehensive solution for those who need it.
