Extrusion Corner Stabilizers with Anchor tab
thingiverse
I upgraded my Anet A2's stock corner pieces with redesigned brackets featuring anchor flanges. The change allowed me to secure the printer inside its enclosure more effectively, preventing it from hopping around. Since I set the 2020 side as the left-hand side, similar to the Anet A2+, users can mirror either part in their slicing software to accommodate either corner of their printer. If any issues arise from adapting these designs, please let me know so I can modify them accordingly. These custom corner brackets are designed for use on 2020 or 2040 aluminum extrusion printers and similar setups where a 2020 corner needs to be mounted securely. The 5.5mm diameter holes ensure a snug fit for M5 bolts, while the 5mm thickness of the parts makes M5 x 10mm bolts an ideal choice.
