Extrusion Corner Plate Brackets for 1515, 2020, 2525, 3030, or 4040

I design corner brackets with built-in plates that are short and tall versions for 2020, 3030, and 4040 extruded aluminum -- now including 2525. I print three of each for every corner. I like to break things down into essential patterns and make them printable without support. I also try to incorporate orientation for making the strongest parts. By printing them in three pieces, it should reduce the print time about 10-15% or even more since you can print without supports. Printing them flat this way gives greater strength in all directions because the part is rotated for each corner direction. 1515 has M3 holes and 5mm thickness. 2020 and 2525 have M5 holes and 5mm thickness. 3030 and 4040 have M8 holes and are 6mm thick (the new version of 3030 short has M6 holes). **Updated:** I added M3 holes to 1515, M6 holes to the new 3030 short, and a notch for pass-thru extrusion to both the 2020 and 3030 short.
