Extrusion Corner Blocks

Create Misumi 20mm x 20mm extrusion corner blocks at a low cost with increased strength using screw compression. These corner blocks feature slots for acrylic panels and come in three designs, including standard corners and foot corners. Use them to construct an almost air-tight spool holder; additional parts are also provided. Tap the center holes of the extrusions to 5mm. Employ low profile head screws, such as button head screws. The little clips serve as wedges for installing acrylic panels. The spool rolls on 1/2 EMT electrical conduit with 5x15x5 bearings and is equipped with a handle made from the same material.
