Extrusion Bracket for Enclosure Lid

Updated Images - 6/2/2018 - Add some images that show weather stripping. Note: Rear area with hinges only has weather stripping, no brackets. While building the enclosure for my 3D printer (Fantastic design by JKsniper!!), I encountered some trouble finding a good bracket to hold the weather stripping the acrylic door rests on. So, I designed my own. I discovered that trying to print vertically was problematic over a certain height, even with rafts and brim. Thus, I designed the bracket to be 40mm long. I printed 10 at a time and simply slid them into the extrusion. When you pull the model into your slicer, you will see that one end is solid, while the other is open. Make sure to print with the solid side in contact with your bed. This will give you great adhesion without the need for brims or rafts. For the pieces on the end, I simply scaled the bracket in the z plane to make the last one fit perfectly. This is the weather stripping I used: Standard 3/8 inch from Home Depot. You can also use ½ inch, which is what I had originally when I started my design. Link to JKSnipers enclosure - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2792618
