This is a compact 30x30mm corner bracket designed specifically for 20mm Bosch Rexroth B-Type extrusions, measuring 20mm in width. The guides are expertly crafted at 5.8mm wide. For optimal results, print this component in the direction specified, as additional support is unnecessary. A layer height of 0.3mm will produce satisfactory prints, but for superior precision on the holes, a 0.2mm layer height is highly recommended. To ensure durability and prevent deformation, it's essential to print this bracket from PETG or ABS materials. PLA-based brackets may not perform as well due to their tendency to deform over time. In my experience, these corner brackets have proven to be highly effective in various applications, including the construction of 2 hypercubes – both the frame and bed gantry benefited greatly from their use.
