extrudeur pour flexible short drive créality v 3.5
thingiverse
The short drive is lighter than a direct drive with Teflon and shorter than a bowden. It adapts to the Ender series of Creality printers and is adjustable and installable on any head compatible with Creality. This allows for more precise extrusion of delicate flexible filaments. Contains: SSD-001: Universal light support for NEMA 17 SSD-V3.6-003: Mounting on X-carriage (now with cable attachment) SD-V2-004: Mounting on X-carriage SD-V2-006: Washer (to space out the end of the bolt if there's not enough room) 1) Slide two M3 screws into the lower support holes and pass it under the two roller spacers of the head carriage. 2) Place the other mounting piece over it and screw in with two M3 12mm screws. Then, tighten the clip against the head carriage with an M3 16mm screw. 3) Place the universal support 001 and your extruder with its fittings. Important: To measure the length of PTFE tube needed, insert a piece of PTFE tube into the head and mark the lower end of the universal support 001. Remove the tube without cutting it and insert it into the fitting on the extruder. Measure the distance from the base of the fitting (excluding screw threads) to the mark. Remove the fitting and measure the distance from the end of the tube to the mark. Subtract these two measurements and re-mark the tube for the difference before cutting it. 70mm to 76mm for the original head or less if using a replacement head without Teflon.
