Extruder wire brace for Kodama Trinus
thingiverse
This 3D printed part was designed specifically for use with the Kodama Trinus extruder head cables, requiring minimal modification - simply wrap electrical tape around the cables first and then slip this snugly over them. The round section has an inner diameter of 9.3 mm, providing enough clearance to accommodate your wires after the base is assembled, leaving roughly 2 mm for easy access. I took extra precautions by adding a fillet to most edges to minimize stress on the delicate wires. To secure the part in place, I used 3M double-sided weatherproof adhesive tape (the grey stuff), which performed impressively despite its claim of being permanent. On multiple occasions, I've managed to remove it without causing any damage. The orientation of the print lends significant strength to this bracket, allowing for a degree of flexibility depending on the material used - in some cases, you can even get away with expanding it slightly.
