Extruder Upgrade for 1.75mm E3D-v6 on LulzBot TAZ 4.1

Upgrades a TAZ 4.1 (or similar) to print 1.75mm filament, even working great with NinjaFlex! A full PTFE-lined filament path runs from spool to hobbed-bolt to heat-break. Printing new extruder and idler is required, but other original parts may be reused. Firmware modifications are needed, along with adjusting the Z-endstop. My TinkerCAD parts include: 1.75mm E3D v6 Extruder ver03 rev06 [supports removed], 1.75mm E3D v6 Extruder ver03 rev06, and 1.75mm Extruder Idler ver02 rev05. The Idler Latch is ver00 rev00, and the Extruder Washer is ver00 rev01. From LulzBot: lrg_herringbone_gear_v1.3.stl, herringbone_small_gear-1.2-highres.stl, extruder_mount-v1.3.stl, x_carriage_guide-1.0.stl, and fan_mount_3_ss.STL. Hardware includes the E3D v6 Full Kit, Hobb Goblin 8mm Shaft, Bowden Tubing 1.75mm, v6 Groove Mounting Plate, and Half Height Nema 17 Stepper Motor. A 5V 30mm Fan can be found on eBay, as well as a 24V 40mm Fan (PWM-able). The Gregs Wade Extruder Hardware Kit is also available at Ultibots.com. An embossed E3D logo can be painted with Decocolor Paint Marker Fine from Uchida.com in White, Light Blue, or Light Green. More hardware and assembly details are coming soon!
