Extruder Tube Cooler for K8200 printer

This accessory is a nozzle designed for use with a compact radial blower, specifically for K8200 models. It helps in maintaining the extruder tube's temperature during extended print sessions. While an axial fan could serve the purpose, a 40mm fan is too large and smaller ones are hard to find; a radial fan, however, fits perfectly behind the extruder and is simple to install using cable ties. To fabricate this part, adjust dimensions in OpenSCAD or Customizer and print without infill or top/bottom layers. Secure the nozzle to the blower with glue, and use cable strips to keep the blower steady. It's also advisable to get a fan regulator (like FAN MATE 2) for optimal performance at approximately 7 Volts.
