Extruder tensioning knob for VORON (Mobius 4; Afterburner; w.h.y.)

While building an extruder for a Voron 2.4, I found that I needed a knob to adjust the filament tension. I ordered some from AliExp, but while waiting I decided to make my own I found an M3 knob from Kickflip ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5165121). I imported the file into Tinkercad and revised it. I turned the design upside down, by sizing the hole in the top of the knob for an M3 screw, and adding a stepped hole in the bottom for an M3 heat-set threaded insert. Making an adjuster knob uses a 30mm M3 machine screw, thread locking fluid, and CVA. Turn the screw in until about 1cm of thread shows. Put a dab of thread-lock onto the thread. Screw it down some more until just the head shows. Goop the sides of the head with CVA. Tighten the screw so the top of the head is flush with the top of the knob. Now, between the action of the thread lock and the cyanoacrylate, the screw should be firmly adhered to the knob This object was made in Tinkercad.
