This MK4/MK3 extruder spacer prevents z-stage bottom bolt collision with build platform bolts. To install, remove filament from heater module, take out extruder from Makerbot, unscrew bolts of heater module to main body, place spacer on insulator retainer, use 16mm bolts to replace removed ones and reinstall heater module.
