We encountered issues with the Bowden tubing getting snagged on the rollers carriage frame whenever the printer moved to its "Home" position. Over time, the end of the Bowden tubing had been trimmed down significantly, resulting in a very short length. When the tubing is this short, it tends not to lean off-center as much, instead moving straight up and then back down again. This caused the tubing to remain too close to the 20x20 frame. To avoid problems, we needed to keep a slight distance between the tubing and the frame during the "Home" position. Watching the printer carefully was crucial in this situation, as the tubing could easily catch on the roller carriage frame's top edge as it moved up towards its "Home" position. When installing the new 5 mm thick plate, you'll need slightly longer bolts to ensure proper mounting. Additionally, make sure that the bolt head is positioned inside the adjustment slot. If not, a long bolt may catch on the roller carriage frame, causing further issues.
