This is just a straightforward cable management system designed to prevent damage from loose wires. It attaches easily using two 3mm screws and nuts, securing itself to the standard extruder mount. Simply feed the cables through the opening and you're all set. Cable ties slide over the beveled edges but I always try to keep them out of the way for a smooth ride.
